Ulta Beauty at the Promenade in Casa Grande is my go-to spot! The customer service here is always top-notch. Ulta is a great store with great products! I really wanted to give this store 5 stars because NOT all associates are "created equal" and all my interactions with them have been positive at the Casa Grande location. Sadly the leadership aka the GM Janneil Van Dyke lacks professionalism and customer service. I have had a few negative interactions with her and gave her the benefit of the doubt, possibly a bad day or personal matter because people are human.
