This is about ‘happy returns’ review only. ULTA, if you want to have this service, please have someone available to assist. I was told I needed to stay in the general line which today consisted of about 20 customers! Please have someone available to do this service alone if I had no other business at ULTA! This is not acceptable as a service

Horrible customer service! And not to mention the policy allowing staff to either banking card details or ID details that is my personal/government appointed items. Especially when staff go out of their way to memorize my personal details and harass me online (Sonika or whatever her name is) I do not feel comfortable sharing that nor should I have to. I should be able to show my Ulta app and enjoy my product.
