I am always intimidated at Ulta. I can't buy the luxury makeup and I feel that affects how Im treated. However, today I was helped by Olivia. She completely changed my expected experience. I walked out with grest products and spent exactly what I intended. I will recommend Olivia to everyone. Thank you!

It would be 5 stars for the salon because the stylists are absolutely amazing. Michael has been my stylist for years and is the reason I am able to have long, pink, AND healthy hair. I have been a loyal client for five years. I cannot overstate how impressive the Ulta stylists are. While I book with Michael, I've personally witnessed the positive attitude and excellent skill of the other stylists. I scheduled a makeup lesson with Meg M. I'm blown away with the results. She did an amazing job and was so fun to talk with. I was worried about a sales pitch but there wasn't one. She was so sweet and walked me through the store after to help me find the products I wanted. Highly recommend taking one of her lessons!!!
