No one asked if I needed any help. I went to the front register to ask a question and the manager did not give off a friendly face and acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking a question about a product. Did not feel welcome here at all.
I was greeted, and asked if I needed help thats why I gave two stars.. I had a Gc they wouldnt let me use my points and the manager was pretty rude she looked annoyed I get people have bad days but still..
They put stuff out you aren’t even able to purchase and staff didn’t care/was not apologetic at all. Complete waste of time. Will take my $$ to Sephora in the future or shop online. Would NOT recommend this location. Considering this is supposed to be a high quality cosmetic store I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere. WORST SERVICE EVER
