I need to give Marli a shoutout! I got my first balayage done yesterday and the picture is how it looks from the back. I’m in love. I’d never gotten one done before and wasn’t sure what to expect but it exceeded my expectations and I left feeling beautiful and happy. Employees are a bit weird, shelves can get messy. Decent selection.
Placed an order online for pickup, received a text that my order was ready for pick up, but 1 hour later when I got to the store, the store was closed. I now have to go to another location to buy the items i needed. Called to called support to cancel the order and they "have no way to cancel the order" only to wait 5 days, not pick up the order, and it will then be returned.
I always go to the brow bar here. Best place to get a GOOD brow wax!!! They seem to be having a hard time keeping staff though.
