Went in for a color match. I’m not good with makeup, but knew I needed to do something different. My last experience was 15 years ago at the mall and not pleasant. Shout out to Sam who was so kind and patient. She helped me find several good foundation and blush colors. One of the colors was not available, but she had me tell them at the front to order it and have it shipped to my house. Thanks for all your time, Sam!

Rebecca with Clinique is wonderful. I don't use much makeup and she was very helpful in finding something that would work for me. She helped with other products and ended up thinking the Lancôme might be best for me. Really honest and helpful. I will always come to this store now. I'll check to be sure she is working :-)

Sam at the benefit brow bar is the worst service “professional” I’ve ever come across. Not only is she rude and unpleasant but she doesn’t know HOW to do the one job she is supposed to do- brows! She had no idea how to determine what shade of brow tint to apply and we ended up going back and forth 4 times. Not only did she not listen to what I wanted for my own brows, but she left dye all over the sides of my face. I’ve never had that happen at any other Ulta location.
