I originally came in looking for the Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation. As an aesthetician, you’d think I could shade match myself but for some reason, I just can’t! Rebecca in Clinique was absolutely incredible. I noticed she was assisting other customers and I patiently waited until she was free and jokingly told her I needed to “kidnap” her for help! Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had! Hard to find anyone to help me, when I was able to finally find someone they had a horrible attitude and were no help at all. I could hardly walk in an isle bc they had boxes and trash in the isle! Save you time and go to the chesterfield Ulta where you will actually be treated as a guest
I worked with an Associate named Heaven and she was very personable and helpful.
