For the past few days that I’ve been coming here after such a hard month, All the workers were very welcoming and kind. Very patient staff and very helpful. The Hair stylist that’s been working with me on how to fix my hair The way I hoped it would be. Her names Tonya for short I think but full is totonya (I hope I spelt that right) she is super sweet and helped me so much! She helped me fix my hair and got me to the colors I’ve been wanting. Went to this store to grab one thing, and yes, I know it was 40 minutes until closing, but the doors were already locked. There were still people inside shopping, which made it even more frustrating. If the store is going to lock the doors before the posted closing time, that should be clearly communicated.

Total was 109 I gave 110 and instead of giving me 98 cents she said I don’t have Pennies. Refused to give any change back as if quarters and nickels and dimes don’t exist? Multibillion dollar industry can’t locate change is insane that they refuse to give the whole amount of change than what is truly the missing portion
