I just went to get my hair done with Catherine and it was such a great experience. I was a little skeptical at first because I have never gotten my hair done at Ulta before but Catherine made me feel so comfortable and confident! She took her time to consult with me to understand what I was looking for. She explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. She also took her time and is very thorough. I will definitely be returning :)) !!

Booked a hair appointment with a different stylist. Received a confirmation message. A few days later received a different message saying my appointment had been updated. Called in to find out what had been changed they said nothing. Went in for an appointment and there was someone different and she was describing something I'm not familar with for my hair. We were both confused. I enquired about what happened with the stylist I booked and she insisted I booked her I think she's innocent but someone there went in the system ... read more

I had a return at this location and I wanted to look around while I was out running errands. I had a very cold manager process the return for me, and she was so abrasive that I didn’t want to even look around, I just left. I’m not sure why you’d be so rude to someone who’s trying to come to your store instead of shopping online, but I learned my lesson.

I stopped by here to find gift bag items for my little girl’s birthday. The employees were extremely polite and helpful. They walked me through the store and explained all the different age appropriate items. I’ll have to go back get their names.
