Absolutely love this store. I spend so much money here because I love makeup. And typically the customer service is phenomenal. But...these two weeks I have been making huge purchases over several trips because I was on the hunt to replace my near expired lipstick collection. I probably spent over $1000 at Ulta during this time. Yesterday, I went and bought 5 Mac lipsticks that was all the rage on YouTube. I also bought like 14 lip liners between Nyx, Mac, Morphe. I’ll start this review by throwing it way back - I have been shopping at Ulta since it was ‘Ulta III’ in my hometown and I was buying chapstick as a kid. The amount of money I have spent here is actually embarrassing. I don’t think I deserve special treatment, but just saying. I have met so many amazing makeup artists and have had friends that worked here for years, but over the last couple of years management has changed and the service has nose-dived. Poor Customer Service! Hot Tools item display had signage pricing of $69.99. At check out, $84.99 scanned. General manager insisted UPC correct and display signage, supposedly done by third party, is wrong - she refused to honor signage pricing when asked.
