Extremely rude rude person at the cash register , the female wearing glasses. I was accidentally standing in wrong spot for cash register line the she responded with a rude tone the line is on the other side and then gave me that bad look with her ugly face like I made the worst mistake, you should be fired for such nasty attitude. As an Ulta customer at the Woodbury location I have been fortunate to have Janis assist me several times with my purchases. She is friendly, professional, offers a savings on purchases via the Ulta card and always has a smile for her customers. She is an asset to the company!
Always feels like the staff here is gossiping about you through their headsets or in the back. I've come in here when dressed down and get weird looks and experience whispers, and then I've come in here dressed up and I can visibly see the employees get insecure because my body is perfect and I'm prettier than them.
