Jenny is fantastic! My experience at Ulta was wonderful because of her. I usually don't write reviews but I thought she deserves recognition. I was looking for a new foundation and let her know my skin concerns. She recommended me a few products to prepare my skin before applying foundation and concealer. I feel much better about myself and will use the new skills she taught me.
Did you ever see the tik tok where the salesperson talks down to the customer who is not dressed up. That’s how I felt today. The customer service is truly lacking.
If you don’t have naturally European hair DO NOT GO HERE! they claim that they do all hair types but it’s not true. My minors stylist made an audible sigh when she looked at my child’s hair. I KNEW I wasn’t about to get commendable service. I am done with Ulta salons and as retailer for my makeup needs.
