So I just really wanted a haircut for my daughter’s graduation and when I walked up I was treated like a dog, they essentially told me to shew because they were too busy talking to each other. Ulta is fine if you don’t need help purchasing things that are locked away (e.g., cologne). I went there in the evening and there was one person on floor that was difficult to find. Seemed very understaffed. I will go again…perhaps it was an isolated incident and people called in sick.

Is there something wrong with your scheduling system online? I was scheduled for an ear piercing on Saturday, August 23 @ 1:45. I arrived at 1:43, and was greeted by a friendly gal that checked me in, gave me bottled water, and paged Summer. Summer arrived at 1:45, and rudely told me that she could no longer perform my piercing because I was late and that my appointment was at 1:30.
