Beyond disappointed in your employees! I wanted to share a disappointing experience I had at Ulta today involving an associate named Sarah. I came in to exchange a tanning serum I had purchased last week, which was linked to my membership profile. I initially started the return with another associate, but was passed off to Sarah because the first person didn’t know how to process an exchange. I have never been treated so poorly by Ulta staff and I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade. My first problem was when I asked a pair of employees where something was and they seemed very annoyed by me interrupting their personal conversation while sitting down at the beauty bar. I then went and did an order pick up and needed to do an exchange. 2 different employees couldn’t help me because “they didn’t know how to” and then finally the manager came to assist.
