I volunteer with ShowerUp Huntsville to help provide showers for our unhoused community members. I visited Ulta Beauty today requesting a donation of sample perfumes and colognes for our ShowerUp guests. The staff members who assisted me were so helpful and generous with their support. It is great to have businesses in our community, such as Ulta Beauty, who give generously to make the lives of those in need nicer. Thank you!
First Ulta I've ever been to that no one offered to help the whole time I was there, even though it wasn't really that busy
Charged my card and also my wife's ulta credit card for the same purchase. Talked to ulta guest about this. And said they need proof. Showed them my bank statement and her card history. Even with this they said they did nothing wrong and didn't do a thing
Asked for help with makeup and they were very knowledgeable
