DONE with this company. Their return/exchange policy is crap. Eyeliner won’t move up when it’s twisted (no clicking like it does when it’s at the end) but because it was outside of 30 days “there’s nothing I can do”. Well there’s something *I* can do, Ulta Beauty. I will now spend all of my beauty dollars elsewhere. Why is it so difficult to find companies these days that will just do the right thing?! I was in a hurry to get to the hotel (I'm from out of town), and the "Lead Cashier" woman was complaining to the other sales associate (a male) saying "Since when do store managers only work 7am-11am? I thought that's what associates did, not managers." The lady continued complaining. The male associate did not engage. He walked to the floor and started working.
