Taylor and Nevah were super nice! Love this store!
The women associate at the register needs retraining. My card declined with a generic “Do Not Honor” message. The associate quickly stated it might be due to my balance or not paying my card, which was inappropriate and inaccurate. I later confirmed with the card issuer that the card was fine and was told it was likely a terminal issue/error. I completed the purchase online immediately afterward using the same card.
I placed a same day order. My order was canceled by the store. The cancelation is a 9 day time frame to get your money back. This is horrible customer service. I could atleast receive a call given me a option to pickup or mail out. How is that given the customers great service. Im still out of what I purchased in the time frame I was offered online.
