Just because the help is elegant or are they, this is a house of deception, but the sin sure smells good, but the only thing for me here is the bill. Haha
I always have a great experience when visiting this store, but today was even better. I placed an online order not realizing there is a 5:00p cut-off time for filling orders. The store rep, Haley, gathered my items when she could have easily told me that I would have to wait until the next day. I am very grateful for her and will definitely continue shopping at this location.
Cara W. was the stylists booked for a scalp treatment (wash)and brows.3pm and 4 pm. Upon arrival at the salon register ,she asked WHAT DO WE NEED?I told her I booked 2 appointments with her for my daughter. She instantly looked my daughter up and down,well I'm doing color,can you brush her hair, can you come back at 3:45,I dont know why they even allowed you to book me,you know these appointments are only 15 minutes...anything she could say for me to just say,it's ok nevermind.
