She takes her time and I loved it,my hair cut
Store is just plain dirty. Browsed their travel sized perfumes and samples were mostly barren, drawing more attention to the grunge coating the displays. Half the samples throughout the store are missing or broken and can’t be sampled. I can walk through Dillard’s and see employees cleaning the makeup areas regularly, but have not witnessed any cleaning in my trips to Monroe Ulta.

Breanna (Anna) at the Ulta Salon Monroe has been my skin therapist for 10+ years. I’ve seen her every month for my skincare needs and lash lifts. She is knowledgeable and skillful, very calm and relaxing during sessions. Anna is the absolute best skin therapist in the area. I highly recommend her.
