Why is it that every single time I come into Ulta there is a huge line, 1-2 cashiers, yet 7-8+ employees on the floor wandering around or pushing products? Is the priority to use labor costs to convince women of products and save on those costs when it comes to how long they have to wait to check out? Not a good look for business when it happens repetitively. Not sure if this is lack of managerial decisions or a bad corporate model. I had a disappointing experience with the Ulta Beauty Salon/Makeup Counter on April 25. Two weeks prior, we scheduled a makeup appointment for 12:45 PM. We arrived early and signed in at 12:30 PM. At that time, we were told “she” would be with us soon. Unfortunately, 12:45 came and no one called my mom’s name. Update: Anna is now @the Spa House in West Monroe, LA. Anna is the best! Absolutely love my results! Professional, knowledgeable, and so easy to trust. The experience was relaxing and the outcome was exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend!
