Great experience with Elizabeth Smith best hair cut I won't go anywhere else.
Why is it that every single time I come into Ulta there is a huge line, 1-2 cashiers, yet 7-8+ employees on the floor wandering around or pushing products? Is the priority to use labor costs to convince women of products and save on those costs when it comes to how long they have to wait to check out? Not a good look for business when it happens repetitively. Not sure if this is lack of managerial decisions or a bad corporate model.
