They seem to always be sold out of what I am looking for.
I visit this store a lot. Some days people fall over themselves to greet you and ask if you need help finding anything. I frequent the perfume area. There are multiple people that I have encountered working this area & a couple from other areas that answered my questions helpfully. Some make me feel welcome to test the scents, others act like I must have a particular note in mind & that I shouldn't be trying multiple scents. I keep coming back here but finally I had my last straw! Every time I come , followed around , continuously asked by the same people can they help me over and over after politely repeating no thank you. If yall have that much issue with shoplifting do something different because you’re looking rude and still losing products, pushing away customers who do actually pay and not steal ? The shoplifters will keep coming back especially if the employees are rude it’s like ??? Obvious?????!!!
I will never be back to ulta in Monroe, la. I was in Ulta Friday and when I got home, we couldn’t find the nail polish we just purchased. I have left something at the counter before and normally when you call, the associate can tell you whether your product was left at the counter. When I called Ulta Saturday to ask if the nail polish had been left, the associate said come in, bring your receipt and you can get a new one. I thought maybe she remembered me or knew I had left it.
