I just had the most amazing experience today. There is an employee named Chris at this ulta that absolutely made my day. He went above and beyond to help me. I didn’t have any tip money on hand so I ran to the reviews to give a compliment. Very talented and knowledgeable! I shared my experience with my daughter and she is now heading to that store 😂

My hair stylist was fantastic! Great personality & she did a fantastic job on my hair.
Only person to greet me was the security guard. Walked around in circles looking for a product. The store manager called associated to the front to discuss mentioning the ultra app yet none of the associates or her for that matter could ask me if I needed assistance. The older white woman that walked in 12 minutes after me got helped right away by the store manager finding Clinique take the day off. I’ll buy my Fenty products from Sephora. At least they will help me
