Facials and waxing amazing! – I have been shopping with Ulta for a couple years now, and was never wowed by the customer service...that is, until i started seeing their esthetician, Anna. She gave the most incredible facials. Her massage was so relaxing, and really got rid of my tension. She is also incredibly knowledgeable about skincare. I went to see her monthly, until she went on maternity leave. I've gone there since she left, but nobody can compare to her golden hands. Now I'm just waiting to see if she'll be back!
Very disappointing customer service! – I purchased a flat iron last month at this location. I saved my receipt, as I know most stores require them now. Today, I plugged in the flat iron and the "on" light worked fine, but the iron would not heat up at all after several turn-off-and-back-on moments.
