I've shopped this store multiple times and have generally had good experiences. This review is for stylist Kiah Harkema. Absolutely fabulous experience. I needed my hair cut and I'd been putting it off. I have eczema around one ear and partially on my forehead. My age has brought issues with my skin and hair. Booked a salon service. Day before the service, eecieved a text canceling the appointment. I called to reschedule but they wouldn't reschedule. No reason, just won't. How do you run a business like that?

Had my salon appt cancelled without anyone bothering to contact me. When I called about it, the manager was rude and told me they are refusing to ever service me due to unethical and untruthful notes on my file from over 2 years ago. They truly know how to discriminate and make someone feel worse than an ex con. What's next? Refusing to service me because I'm Latina? Its by far the most discriminatory business I have ever seen. I used their website to book a formal style with someone who is listed as doing formal styles, and there is an option when you book that is specifically for a formal style. I booked 6 weeks in advance, but 5 days before my appointment I get a phone call and she tells me she doesn't actually do formal styles. She said if I sent her photos she could practice on a mannequin, but with her having literally just told me she doesn't do formal styles that leaves me with 0 confidence.
