I had a very disappointing experience at this Ulta Beauty location. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I genuinely felt that I was treated differently from other customers. Don’t even waste your time trying to get a hair appointment here. I’ve traveled all across the country and I’m new to the area. Gone to several different Ulta locations and NEVER HAVE I EVER. Had such a terrible time with any other location. The stylist constantly wants to reschedule you. I’ve tried getting an appointment six different times over three months and I have gotten calls to reschedule six different times on days and times I cannot do.
