I'm writing this as I stand in store an associate asked me to move from the makeup I'm looking to buy to assist someone that just walked in. I’m deeply disappointed with the customer service at Ulta Beauty. I walked in fully prepared to spend a significant amount of money and instead felt completely ignored. Unless you fit a very specific mold—young, white, and sorority-aged—no one seems interested in helping you. I hate this store with a passion. If i order it’s always online to deliver. Every time i come in I can’t find anyone to help me. They all stand up at the register area and gossip. Two girls were sitting on the counter behind the registers at the front just hanging out while another was leaning on the register counter. There was no body on the sales floor. There is barely any snow, clear and sunny skies and the store is closed. I understand being closed the day before during active snowfall but there could be a tornado across the street and they would be open so kind of annoying that it is closed with just a few inches of snow.
Won't be back to this salon.
Ana was very helpful in getting me shade matched and finding a good foundation that was in my budget!
