I stopped in on 02/08/26, I was doing an order for Instacart and I was having trouble finding some items to fulfill my order. Luckily I was able to see a group of very pleasant employees and a girl named Brooke was available to assist me. She was very helpful, polite and amazing at her job by being able to recognize the layout of the store very easily and any items that may have been moved or not available on the floor she found in the back. I don’t enjoy visiting this location due to limited parking and small lot, but at times it’s the only store that has everything I need in stock. Today, I went in to pick up an online order and was directed by a blonde employee in the pickup area to wait in the general checkout line, despite there being a clearly designated online order pickup line. I don’t usually write negative reviews because I understand everyone has off days. However, this is now the third unpleasant experience I’ve had at this Ulta location. The first issue was during an eyebrow appointment. I had my confirmation pulled up, but when I arrived the appointment wasn’t in the system and they were overbooked. Had a horrible experience here a few weeks ago. I will now head down the street to Sephora for a better customer experience and treatment. No longer will support this location.
