The workers are always incredibly kind! I wish they kept better stock of stuff but the good news is, they'll help you order something if it isn't available in store!
I went to this store to get assistance with concealer Devin was amazing. Very patient and did a tutorial on me. I purchased. Very satisfied. Went back and Richie helped me with blush he also did a tutorial and I purchased. I had a great experience and will definitely be back.
I’m sick and tired of Ulta stores trying to bully and intimidate customers into creating an account. I don’t want you to have my information, and you do not need it for a return if I have a receipt. I just had an argument with Chanelle over having to accept a return with a receipt. She goes “well I work here so I know.” Cool, I also know the laws. Absolutely love this store! Only critique is the layout is a bit chaotic but how could it not be with that many brands/products? Staff was super nice as well.
