Outstanding service!! I visited this Ulta and Matty greeted me at the door and patiently helped me find everything I wanted, including taking his time in getting the right foundation for my skin. He was so friendly and helpful. I’ll be back hoping he can help me again. Thanks Matty!!
I love Ulta, everything you would need for hair and skin products.
I placed an order for pickup and the website says any order placed before 6pm is guaranteed ready in 2 hours or less. 6.5 hours had passed and I was still waiting. I contacted the company about it but they use AI agents rather than actual customer service. The agent stated even though their website says it’s guaranteed they do not actually guarantee it. Why claim it’s a guarantee when it actually isn’t?
Emily did my makeup and it was superb! I ended up purchasing every product she used.
