I'm a 65 year old woman that has to have my makeup done. When I picked a time I received a girl that was barely in her twenties and there was no place on the appointment scheduled to say what your age was. With that being said the girl had no idea how to put makeup on a 65-year-old woman and I paid $50 for this. She can't make up on me so bad that when I smiled you can see every wrinkle and she basically had no eye makeup that really fit my color she picked out what she wanted to.
Terrible customer service. Could not find any one to help for 20 minutes. Now that I saw your new ad campaign I definitely will not come back. I can find my products I use online or go to Sephora.
Everytime i come in i always feel welcomed! My last visit i was helped by Gianella who was so wonderful and helpful! This isn’t my first time being helped by Gianella but everytime she makes sure i’m happy with my experience.
