The customer service at this store is horrible. The lady was mad after I didn't purchase the makeup and when she went to give me the wipe to wipe my face. She kinda tossed at me and it hit the floor. This isn't my first encounter with horrible customer service at this location
Don’t book a salon service here. An olaplex treatment doesn’t come with a blow dry but I was more than willing to pay for an up charge. Girl told me she was to busy but she couldn’t say that 30 minutes earlier when I was letting them know I was there and she had plenty of time to tell me it would be at least 20 minutes more even though my appointment was in 17 minutes. Absolutely LOVE all the deals and they definitely have the best selection. I just don't like that every time I go nobody can help me find what I am looking for, but they can follow me the entire time I am in the store thinking I'm going to shoplift.
I stopped in for help with a skincare regimen recently and am So grateful Marisol was working. She was a great listener, took her time with me and recommended products that have made a significant difference with my skin in a week’s time. Marisol deserves all the kudos!!
