The beauty consultant was wonderful!
Once again I went into Ulta and at checkout was told that if I didn’t have an account with them I WOULD NOT be able to return anything unless I signed up for the rewards! Horrible customer service. Cashier was snotty when I questioned it also. Manager was just as snotty when I called and asked about it. Had the audacity to say there’s no reason to get upset about it. I'm a 65 year old woman that has to have my makeup done. When I picked a time I received a girl that was barely in her twenties and there was no place on the appointment scheduled to say what your age was. With that being said the girl had no idea how to put makeup on a 65-year-old woman and I paid $50 for this. She can't make up on me so bad that when I smiled you can see every wrinkle and she basically had no eye makeup that really fit my color she picked out what she wanted to.
