While the associates were all very nice, my granddaughter and I were both disappointed. She didn't get what she wanted in getting her hair high-lighted but walked out with a $176 bill. I liked what the make up person did, but to buy just some (not all) of the make cost me $204. So, our total bill was $380 plus tip and we won't be back.

I just had the best experience at Ulta beauty on 53rd with Gaye. She is such an asset to your store she is so friendly and funny and so very helpful!! Thank you so much for helping me today I will be back just to see you!

I come into the store very rarely and it gives me a bad taste every time because there is a worker named Hanna that every time I come in all she’s doing is complaining or gossiping to her other coworkers about the store or other coworkers as a customer that is very distasteful and makes you not want to come back into the store.

I had my hair done by the stylist I believe her name was Kelly. She did a wonderful cut on my hair that had been previously chopped to bits by another stylist who I don’t think knew how to cut thick hair with layers. I left feeling beautiful and my blowout was superb. I will definitely return to book with her. She was super friendly and chatty which I like if I’m sitting in a chair forever. So glad I don’t have to cross the river. I actually think our store is more beautiful. This was meant for the Moline Location
