The staff is so friendly and is always willing amd eager to help you
I don’t know what’s wrong with this store. Their attitude is at the customer is in their way, not worthy of their time and must be talked down to.
Yet another Ulta location that I ignore you if you’re over the age of 30. Spent 25 minutes as a middle-age woman wandering around the store not one person asked if they could assist the store was not that busy.
