I like Ulta beauty. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They have all your beauty needs under One roof.
The store is great but be careful if you get your hair done there. I have been going for years for my hair cut and color to the salon at Ulta. I have gotten Austin as my stylist, the second time against my better judgement, twice. Both times she gave me haircuts that were loosely based on the inspiration photo at best. She doesn't seem to comprehend what is being asked for and don't ask her to use her best judgement, you'll regret it. My last appointment I asked for a messy pixie and she gave me a high and tight. Got my Hair done by Channing Powell..full highlight..she is fantastic..the color is amazing, so sweet ..i will definitely be coming back to her.
I love this store and more importantly I love Channing!! She is always so kind and willing to accomodate scheduling needs and any annoying questions I may have before my appointment every time!!! I first had an appointment with Channing at a different salon she worked at and I now make the 45 minute drive to stay with her because she is so amazing!
