I prefer Ulta to Sephora so I will continue to go here begrudgingly. They have an abundance of products which is their main selling point. As for customer service, the girls at the check out here all seem to have a chip on their shoulder and look annoyed to do their job. I've asked for assistance from one of the girls that was walking around and (although maybe she was new) she was not knowledgeable about my stocking question of if they had something in stock or not. I had an excellent experience getting my hair cut by the very kind, attentive, and thorough Channing! She made me feel so comfortable and I left feeling a lot more self confident after years of not having a proper hair cut and dealing with hair loss and thinning hair. Everyone there was super sweet and I literally wanted to go back the next day just to get a blow out or something. Channing also took the extra time and care to write down information for me. Thank you!
