Terrible service!!! I was in there for a good 15-20 mins and not a single Beauty advisor greeted me. When I walked in this one middle aged lady with curly black hair made eye contact with me twice not a single “hello how are you?”. When I was at the prestige side Andrea didn’t say hello to me either. I went to a lady and I asked for a haircut but she gave me uneven layers and now it’s hard for me to curl my hair. Here is a picture of me beforehand and a picture of me trying my best to make my hair a little better since it’s my job to be presentable to customers. I paid her a significant 30% tip even still… Probably had a bad day for her? IDK. I didn’t complain. I was visiting nwa from Chicago and was really disappointed with my visit to this Ulta. I asked some questions, in the most positive soft tone, near the salon area and this lady in particular who looked like she worked there, looked at me as if I was speaking a different language, proceeded to give me attitude, and instead of actually helping and guiding me, she started ordering this poor girl in fragrance to help me.
