I'd spend so much more money here if the employees actually acknowledged me and the store were properly staffed...
I went with some questions and Aylin attended me very kindly, answering all my questions clearly. In addition, she is bilingual, which made communication much easier and more comfortable. The excellent service was thanks to her.

I recently bought three Morphe micro brow pencils, two of which turned out defective. My return was smooth, however when I went to buy another product, the male with so much acne and long nails seemed to want to put his two cents in to his coworker. He said to double check the product (even though I showed them the defect), because I could've been lying about them being defective. Right in front of me AND his two customers. I buy these products frequently, so why would I lie about them?
