Great store. Disappointed. Came to do a return at 8:50pm. Granted they close at 9pm. I open the door and it's locked with two employees standing at the door and one walking away. I get back to my car two minutes later, as I'm parked directly in front of the store, and I see all 3 employees standing at the door until the clock said 8:58pm and yhe filed out one by one. I chose to go to Ulta for my hair cut because I've never had a bad experience there. Today wasn't necessarily bad, it just wasn't good. She just didn't seem to want to be there and I definitely didn't get the cut I asked for. When I tried to go to their website to find a fix for the problem I was rerouted and then just sent back to the main page. I won't be going back and I didn't want to give them a bad review. But they refused to make things right. So here we are. Tried to follow up and got nothing. They don't care.
