Normally I dread going in because I never know which product to buy and most employees make me feel small. But Casey? Man he knew his stuff!! He was so confident and compared things with me and it was the best experience I’ve had yet.
Worst customer service and dirtiest Ulta I’ve ever been to. I heard some customers ask the manager Z a question and after they left she turned around and was mocking them with another employee. How unprofessional! Will never be shopping in that store again. So many other great locations.
My mother and I came in on December 24th at around 1pm and all the workers were super nice and welcoming despite it being super packed and very busy in the store. Big thanks to Mady, the one who checked us out at the register, she was very patient and helpful!
I came into Ulta on a very busy day looking for an eye cream, and Suyapa was absolutely amazing. She took her time with me despite how busy it was, thoroughly explained the different products, and helped put me on a great skincare routine that fits my needs. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made my experience wonderful. I truly appreciated her help and will definitely be back because of her
