They always greet me. Someone on the floor always asks if I need assistance. The prices are high but normal to everywhere else and haven't had sales on any of the items I've wanted unfortunately. They would do well to have more sales, specials, and other promotions for in store items. They do have quite a clearance selection, it's just too much to get through, though appreciated.
Went into this store hoping to get just some toner for my blonde in my hair and was approached by Raymond and he was EXCEPTIONAL. So kind and helpful and even helped with some freebies of other perfume products we were interested in. Helped find the best toner mask. Wish we didn't live so far away. Can't wait to return!
I had the worse experience ever! I purchased a giftcard and decided to return because I didn't need it anymore. Associate did not mention before purchasing the giftcard that it's not refundable. Now I can't even get my money back and stuck with being forced to purchase something from them. If something is not refundable after purchase the associate should tell the customer not let them find out after the purchase.
