Customer service was unfortunately lacking. I asked if they could check on something in the back, lady came back n didn’t even say anything was waiting on her for a good 10 mins came back n didn’t even at least say that they didn’t have what I was looking for looked like she went back there to pick out a wedgie or sum. She went in the cash register and didn’t even say anything. I asked some other worker at first but didn’t even help just pointed like if I knew were was everything in the store.

They always greet me. Someone on the floor always asks if I need assistance. The prices are high but normal to everywhere else and haven't had sales on any of the items I've wanted unfortunately. They would do well to have more sales, specials, and other promotions for in store items. They do have quite a clearance selection, it's just too much to get through, though appreciated.

Went into this store hoping to get just some toner for my blonde in my hair and was approached by Raymond and he was EXCEPTIONAL. So kind and helpful and even helped with some freebies of other perfume products we were interested in. Helped find the best toner mask. Wish we didn't live so far away. Can't wait to return!
