Went in with my spouse and the customer service was abysmal. We weren't greeted, but the people behind us were and staff straight up ignored us. The store was dirty and there was nothing to remove makeup that I tested out. But also leaving unpacked boxes laying around the aisles is giving Dollar Tree. Yikes.
I was very Hesitant to write a review about my trip to this Ulta Store, but after reading others reviews and seeing them have the same bad issues and experiences made me realize I need to speak out. I am a Hispanic woman and never have I ever felt so Discriminated and harassed like I was at this store. No one offered me help, but instead followed me around like I was stealing. Came to Ulta to do a return while on vacation. My wife works as a flight attendant and recently purchased me a perfume from Ulta in West Virginia at another Ulta Store I Decided to exchange it do to the smell being too strong for me. Due to inaccurate orders, I have had to deal with “experience manager,” Kristi, twice, and both times she has been unpleasant and dismissive. Her management of my experience absolutely makes me never want to come back to the New Market Square location.
