Went in with my spouse and the customer service was abysmal. We weren't greeted, but the people behind us were and staff straight up ignored us. The store was dirty and there was nothing to remove makeup that I tested out. But also leaving unpacked laying around the aisles is giving Dollar Tree. Yikes.
Due to inaccurate orders, I have had to deal with “experience manager,” Kristi, twice, and both times she has been unpleasant and dismissive. Her management of my experience absolutely makes me never want to come back to the New Market Square location.
Don't! I say Don't purchase a giftcard unless you're 100% sure you'll use it! I had the worse experience ever! I purchased a giftcard and decided to return because I didn't need it anymore. Associate did not mention before purchasing the giftcard that it's not refundable. Now I can't even get my money back and stuck with being forced to purchase something from them.
