I like Ulta because of the convenience it offers in getting department store brands without having to maze through a shopping mall. What I don't like is the HASSLE i get at checkout for not providing my personal information. Every single Ulta I go to HARASSES the customer on checkout to provide their personal information. I simply choose not to. It's not personal Ulta, but my recent encounter, your associate made it personal. I had an appointment for a waxing on Friday December 13th, I was there early for my appointment as usual. I was then told that the person before me was late and that she would call to see if she was coming.
