Store employee, Luna, is amazing! She listened to me and was able to understand what I wanted. After doing some shade matching, she helped me find the exact products I needed. In fact, I've been in three days in a row now with different requests and was lucky enough to have her help me each time. I will now ask if Luna is available to help me each time I visit.
The staff are so passive aggressive and will follow you around like youre a criminal if you pick something up i would give it zero starts if i could i refused to go through with my purchase and gave them my products to put back and said I was tired of being followed
I enjoy ulta and would rather go here than Sephora any day of the week. I really enjoy when these associates aren’t on top of you immediately and let you browse. Lately I have noticed they’ve been more aggressive with trying to get sales or be overbearing sometimes in the same way Sephora employees are. If I need help I will seek someone out.
