If I could do 0 stars, I absolutely would. I loved shopping at Ulta since it was usually a better experience than their competition. However that has drastically changed. I purchased items online, tried a few times just didn’t end up loving them. I went to the store to do a return, let the cashier know which items were purchased with what card. Madison was great. She is very friendly. She was great educating me about the products that would work on my hair. She listened to me about what hair style I wanted and what she thought would work for me. I will book my next appointment with her.
