Jenny just made a very big wrong- right! She is heaven sent 🩵 I won’t shop at any other Ulta while she is GM if I can help it. Customer service online refused to help me after speaking to three people, but Jenny listened to my problem and understood! that it needed to be made right and found a way to do what was best for me and the company. $100 not waisted due to product defect and a long time customer happy with the experience thanks again girl
My 5-star review is all thanks to Kayla. She is great at her job and is so positive. Right away you feel comfortable asking for help. She has such a bubbly demeanor. She looked in not one or two but three places for a product for me and even offered to reserve it for me at another store. Then she proceeded to educate me on the store coupons which I really appreciated. She is a stellar employee. This has been by far the most positive experience I have had at this store and it is all thanks to her.
I wish the experience was better since this was my first time. I went on a Thursday at 2 pm, so the number of associates compared to customers was more. There were some attentive associates that made a friendly effort but just casual.
If my girl likes it this much then it must be worth 5 stars bice staff
