I came in to Ulta for a blonding service, showed a picture, and asked for as much blonde coverage as possible. Unfortunately, the stylist did not listen to what I wanted, and when I expressed that I wasn’t happy, there was no acknowledgment or empathy — I was simply rung up and sent on my way. I feel like this store scammed me. They pressured me into signing up for what I thought was just a rewards program, but it turned out to be a credit card. They never clearly explained that it was a credit card, and I only realized after the fact. Very misleading and dishonest — customers deserve transparency.
