I brought it back to the store, and the staff handled everything quickly and professionally. They exchanged it for a new one with no hassle at all. My first purchase was a drive up order. There were 3 drive up spots. None of them were numbered. I chose a spot to park and checked in on the app giving my car make, model and color. Waited for 8-10 mins then went to the pick up counter in the store. The associate was prompt and kind. When I politely explained I had been checked in and in the drive up area she seemed unaware or unconcerned. Not the best first impression but in the grand scheme not that big of a deal.
