Glenn and his associate Heather presented appropriate comps and suggested a listing price that was met when sold. They actively showed the home to prospective buyers and shared reactions, both positive and negative, the latter being factors that could not be changed, i.e., lot size, traffic. They gave feedback when asked but never pushed decision to sell. I strongly recommend them.
A good real estate salesperson is going to knowledgeable about the subject property, willing to accommodate the client when extra services are required, is prompt for appointments and is trustworthy when assigned to protect the residence they are entrusted to sell.
