I was with Dr Ulsath for about 6 years and he kept me doped up on pain meds. He only done one CT SCAN on me when I first started seeing him. The last time I had to call in and told him that my pickup truck was down and I had no way to get down there I was having electrical problems and I had to have my truck towed. This man was the most arrogant, unprofessional “dr” that I’ve ever dealt with! Edited..After a few more visits, I would give it negative stars! His arrogance and unprofessional knows no bounds! He constantly vaped during our appointment! He bad mouthed other patients and took calls from his other office, in the room during my visits! He actually chewed out one of his employees over the phone, also took a phone call from a patient’s husband, with who he was loud, arrogant and just plain rude to!
