Very unprofessional....They do not return phone calls or E-mails. Appraisal done 2 weeks ago and several messages and E-mails have been left/sent and NO ONE replies. They must be giving kickbacks to the banks/mortgage companies to keep business coming there way. They will NEVER get my businesss again!
I have had dealings with this company in the past and found them to be very professional and helpful. Most people deal with appraisers through their lenders and the appraisers are not allowed to communicate with the borrower. When the customer is unhappy it is typically due to the appraisers inability to communicate with the borrower.
Took over two weeks to return the appraisal to the mortgage company after the appraisal was visually done. At that point in time it was also not completed correctly. Took 5 more days and numerous emails and phone calls to get it finished correctly. Receptionist was not very proffessional and at times very rude.
