Purchasing an Ulrich Shed after having purchased 2 previous sheds from Tuff Sheds was the worst experience in my life. I sent a very long email to Feel free to mention both Jim White and received no response. He was not available by phone one time after they took my first 50% payment. Tiffany Stephens just sent me an e-mail from Jim and herself requesting this review so here it is. They cancelled my initial installation appointment less than 24 hours before they were to arrive.
