I've tried to get a quote in writing from Dillan for months. Today I called again and he threw out a really high number, I dont know for sure but seemed so high so he didnt have to do the work to actually sell a barn. I asked him again to send a written quote and he rudely said ok and hung up on me. I called back and told him dont bother as will use a company with better customer service, like MD BBarns. His behavior represents the company and shows they do not care about their customers.
We ordered an 8x8 shed from Ulrich using the website. The order process was extremely easy with the options nicely organized and the prices clearly displayed. The communication during delivery was excellent. The delivery was on-time. The driver was very knowledgeable, and the installation was quick. The shed is high quality, and the price was very reasonable. We are very happy with our new shed and would definitely use them again.
