Could be practices have changed, but after 2nd request for an appt I now sense suspicious signs of admin/ practices i.e. "preferances" of clientele's health insurance. Focu$ seems- your insurance will be overly scrutinized. Process is: give you appt at a much later date while inquiring if you've already met your insurance deductible. If so, you'll be contacted with a sooner date that has become "available." Discouraging sign. There are other practices to choose from!
