I had a horrible experience with this doctor at Kaiser Panorama City. I came to the ER pregnant and in need of help, but instead of providing care, the doctor asked me “why do I keep coming to the ER and why am I here again, I’m not even a Kaiser member..?” That was dismissive, unprofessional, and discriminatory. First of all, why would anyone go to the ER unless it was a real emergency — especially during pregnancy?
