I’ve repeatedly asked this company to stop sending me their catalogues, but they continue to arrive. The catalogue is enormous—more like a small phone book—and it goes straight into recycling every time. The amount of paper waste is really frustrating, especially since I’ve made it clear I don’t want to receive it. It’s disappointing that they don’t seem capable of maintaining a simple “do not mail” list.
