IT IS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY HERE! This Dental Care provider makes little effort to get me in quickly if there's an emergency. This practice will provide good customer service in order to look you in as a patient, but once they have you, forget about it. Case in point, I have spent over $2000.00 to have upper & lower partial dentures. From what I have learned, dentures require a lot of adjustment by the dentist in the first 6 months or so. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No, but they said they were going to! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while Was this provider's office clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all Does this orthodontist offer flexible financing options? No, they weren't willing to work with me at all

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect
