They ignored my questions and tried to rush me while trying to make an appointment. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Before even visiting, front desk "assistant" gave me a hard way to go. One thing that's been so annoying about Ulery Dental & Orthodontics, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. It cost me 150.00 from work and person who drove me missed work and I starved because I couldn't eat? They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes, they could have waited Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? All the time. They accuse me of making problems up Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

I Already Have Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

No, they take every concern of mine seriously Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider show attention to detail?
