My sister went to her appointment today Wednesday and they didn’t see her because she doesn’t speak English, she was told that they’re not authorized to use a translator. This is ridiculous I don’t think there’s a place in America that doesn’t have a translation system as advanced as the technology has become. Such a horrible and humiliating experience!
I had a great experience with Ulery Dental. The staff is very professional, they do great work, and are very warm and supportive. They helped with my cleaning and filling appointments. Lauren, Lewis, Jess, and Dr Ayushi provided great experience. Wish they were in DC!

I had a friend go to this place to get a tooth pulled she is now in severe pain they held her down to pull her tooth out and didn’t even get the tooth out and in the process almost broke her jaw her whole left side of her face is incredibly swollen her experience there traumatized her
Eventhough I called and asked, "are you accepting new patients with healthy smiles insurance for braces?" and the answer was YES. They wait until I get there to tell me that they don't accept healthy smiles for the actual orthodontics services. I suppose the consultation was covered and they at least wanted to make some money off my child. Shouldnt be surprised since i didn't get an appointment confirmation or reminder. Hope this review saves someone from wasted time and frustration.
