Uleman Enterprises, a subsidiary of Uleman Irrigation, father and son owned, built a paver patio for us. Shortly after completion, it failed and this was completely due to shoddy workmanship. The patio was not constructed properly, bowed in the middle, cracked and lifted. Multiple attempts were made to get this family owned company to stand behind its work product, but went unanswered. Uleman Irrigation rebuilt my underground sprinkler manifold and charged me $300. Two years later it started leaking. I asked them to stand behind their work and they said they couldn't do it because the leak was caused by the house settling. The leak was in a glued joint in the manifold and was obviously pushed apart from water pressure and a poorly glued PVC joint, and not from settling of the house.
