Go Straight Here! – I saw a few adds on craigslist listed by them so I went to see Lesley on my lunch break. Finally a real estate agency that dose not lie about what they have available and showed pictures of exactly what they had. She listened to what I wanted, showed me the perfect place and I took it immediately! I am so happy I came here. This place is the best.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! – I would highly recommend this Real Estate Agency. Very professional Lesley listened to what we were looking for and showed us just that, 2 very nice apartments. It was hard to choose between the both of them but we love our new apartment. This is the only real estate agency that did not try to push what ever they had (I will not name the ones that showed me let's just say anything and every thing in our price range). Stay FAR away! – This is the worst real estate experience I've ever had. Lesley is unbelievably rude, and has absolutely no business or interpersonal skills. After coming in for a scheduled appointment (to view listed apartments?) she repeatedly asserted that she didn't want to "waste time" by showing me the apartments I was interested in, even though one of them is *two blocks* from the office. There are hundreds of realtors in NYC that will go the distance for their clients, and Lesley is obviously not one of them.

Very Positive Experience! – A very positive experience with Ursula and Lesley. Clearly their listings are of greater quality than the average Greenpoint railroad.

rather Rude – I just got off the phone with Ursula, and she was rude to me. She actually hung up the phone on me. I told her i was interested in a 1 bedroom, and wanted to know what were the credit requirements. She said, "What do you mean what are the credit requirements, i'm looking for good credit. You know what now is not a good time, call me back tomorrow evening if you still want an apartment" and before i could say anything she hung up on me. Most professional and nicest real estate office I went to – I found the most amazing apartment through them without looking at a lot of garbage. Everybody in the office is super nice also. Wish i new about them before I wasted my time with other places.

Avoid unless you've got $$$ to throw away – Avoid this place at all costs, lies about availability of apartments to get a check from you then threatens to cash it when you need to start looking elsewhere!
