Testing went fine. Processing a refund took 8 months. Literally a dozen emails, a dozen calls, worthless customer service until I wrote to the Better Business Bureau. No effort to resolve the situation. Three months after I wrote to the BBB, they finally issued the refund. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of experiencing in my life. Will be using Intertek in the future.

Service for testing, great. Except they’ve owed me a $183 refund for 6 months now and consistently do nothing to issue that refund. I’ve emailed and called customer service on multiple occasions. They usually respond by saying they’ll take some action or another, but communication inevitably falls silent until I reach back out. I just filed with the BBB. If that does nothing, my next step is investigating small claims court. Truly horrendous experience. Will try Intertek next time.
