I like UKRFCU, highly recommend this bank!
I have had a most incredible experience at this branch. Their specialist, Tanya, ended up staying open just a bit more so as to ensure that I could make my payment on time. Then my car wouldn't start and I was trapped on the premises. Tanya permitted me to use her phone to call for help as I also stupidly forgot my own. All in all Tanya went far and beyond her abilities to help and why I am not switching financial institutions anytime soon.
The UKRFCU Brown Street Branch is truly a neighborhood treasure. Ms. Tatiana is always very professional, courteous, efficient and helpful. The convenience of this branch is often a lifesaver!
