I have a fairly new bike that was having issues with the back tire. Other repair shops were quoting me ridiculously high prices, so I decided to check out the Hilltop location in Seattle to get a replacement. Not only did they fix the tire, but they also tuned up a few other minor things completely free of charge! The staff was incredibly understanding, patient, and helpful. Overpaid for belt drive bikes (2) at the end of 2021 and now learn they have no replacement parts for simple shifting mechanisms. They now have traditional derailer chain driven e bikes at a much less cost. The tires supplied on the delivered bikes do not hold air for a substantial period of time. Overall I would say we are disappointed in Hilltopper bikes! So, good luck if you purchase one.
I have a 20+ year old Ironhorse Maverick that I love and could not replace it. I wanted an e-assist that could help me finish my longer rides without being very complicated or expensive. I found the Hilltopper sprinter kit and purchased it. It is a great product that works perfectly! Would definately recommend to upgrade your bike to an e-bike!

My kit shipped fast and I love it. I could only afford to order the sprinter kit, but it has completely changed how I get around. Before I converted my bike, I never used it to go anywhere, because my town is sprawling and full of steep hills. Ever since I got my sprinter kit however, I've been shopping with my bike and commuting to work on it instead of driving. 10/10
