My kit shipped fast and I love it. I could only afford to order the sprinter kit, but it has completely changed how I get around. Before I converted my bike, I never used it to go anywhere, because my town is sprawling and full of steep hills. Ever since I got my sprinter kit however, I've been shopping with my bike and commuting to work on it instead of driving. 10/10
I just used their e-bike again today as I biked 10 miles around the Columbia River. I am one of their "older" clients (73 years old) and I bought the bike parts originally about 10 years ago. So I guess both I and the bike are still working.
I ordered a 200 ah battery. It arrived in perfect condition. Charged it up with the little included charger. Everything is looking good. It was a little anticlimactic, as it just worked.
Hill topper is located within Dakota lithium batteries. Staff here is knowledgeable and pleasant. A special shout-out to Mike who got ambushed by me with numerous questions. I was able to make a purchase for my older Hill Topper hub with the newest version of the battery available for my unit. Everything was tested before I made my purchased. When Mike didn't know, he found the answer for me from other staff members. They have several bikes on display in the showroom. Thay also carry all the accessories you might need.
Bought a Summit ebike kit for our tandem bike. Unit works great. Dave was very helpful in answering any questions and or concerns I had. our bike zooms now. Thank You!!
