Dana Rocks, as does the lovely new staff member.. The trouble is with all large corporations - suspicious accounting practices at the upper level which do not match or reflect the small scale mom and pop store trust levels. Classic example - the billing from their headquarters DO NOT MATCH the local office procedures and or actual accounts; suspicious at the very least, not with standing auctioning off goods without consent! Excellent service walking me through the whole process showed me around the whole property. Very friendly people and they answered all my questions that I had . I will recommend anyone looking for a storage to come here .
