He will lie and con you, developing plans you will never agree to just get more money from you with different plans. He is not to be trusted. He will also call you on a negative review and demand you take it down to cover his unethical and unprofessional behavior. He will constantly take down your review from this google page. he is lower than dirt!!

He is not to be trusted!!!
Ukiah were very nice, on time ,and professional. Took payment of $250 (upfront) to discuss some structural things in my house. This only gets you a consultation for more services. Refused to give any specifics for me to size a header on an upstairs closet. Emailed me the engeneering diagrams but refused to take the five minutes it would have take to interpret the chart. I'm sure they are fine if you want a big job. The advice I received did not help. We seem to disagree on what I hired them to do.
