2nd bad experience with service dept. 1st I brought by new bike in because the left pipe was loose swaying about an inch. Service told me this was normal. I went to sales floor and checked other bikes…no loose pipes! They agreed to look at my exhaust and discovered a bad exhaust mount!! 2nd, had a front wheel replaced by Ukes late last summer and immediately noticed a hum noise and vibration in handlebars.
