I needed to share my experience with others. The manager at UK Maids is great to work with Jon & Di came in and tackled the house i lost my father recently. And i didn't want to do anything. Di gave me reassurance that everything will fall back into place. Thanks for your lovely chat. UK is the Best Cleaners Barrie has to offer. I highly recommend them.
UK maids is a cash/e-transfer only business which is reluctant to give receipts. It took over 2 weeks and when the receipt arrived it understated the true amount paid. We were also quoted a 10% discount if we used both the cleaning and rug cleaning service. They did not honour the discount and we were over 7 weeks of failed promises to send a refund (e-transfer/mail/in person) which they confirmed they owe us.
