After having a bad experience with another care company, to be given this company find them so professional easy to deal with, the carers are lovely, also easy to get on with, very relatable, Given space for your dignity and privacy also encouragement to be as independent as you can be, I would recommend this company if you needed any care needs

Awful company where staff have no common sense at all. Have to have eyes in the back of your head as there’s always dodgy stuff going on. Their standards of personal care is awfully low they refuse to shower me and always insist on strip washes on a toilet. I got an infection because they refuse to care for me as they can’t even wipe bums and do personal care properly. They are rough and scratched my leg up whilst drying my legs. Do NOT trust your loved ones with this company! our family member used this company the care that is given is awful, called up weekly with complaints carers being to rough when washing, scoulding our nans head when using the hair washing caps, given her out of date foods, doors and windows left open all night.found medication on the floor numerous times, medication errors that impacted my Nana's health that severely a investigation was taken place, paramedics come and reported this aswel. Stay well away from this company Very dirty company ...untrained staff .. left my bed bound father in a dirty pad for over 17 hours.frequently miss medication . Wear the same ppe for whole visit after changing incontinence pad . Can't put a incontinence pad on right .I'm lucky to have cctv installed in my father's home so can proof all there untrained staff and what they do in clients homes 😉 do not let this company abuse your vulnerable family member .

My mum has received very good care from them, the carers are lovely. Laura has been extremely helpful in any way she can, she is always there to answer any questions and gets back to me quickly with any queries I may have. Would recommend this organization 100%
