Worse program ever I decided not use there therapy services because I didn’t feel a connection with the therapist or she was a good fit for me (Marshet) and now Evon her supervisor has cut off my mental health services only gave me a 30 supply of medication after Dr. Sarni stated I would always be given 90 so I am never without. I love the vibe at their open mic night it definitely for the culture. I had the best experience during a drum lesson too because the guest trainer was top notch. Malcolm's humble leadership and the art on the walls alone always makes me want to return to Ujima. Get on their mailing list for the community calendar. You won't regret it!
This place is a hidden gem. They offer several FREE programs for the Black community. There is so little representation for us in San José. Thank God for Ujima! Stop by and you’ll feel all the love!
I walked in Ujima and instantly felt home.
This place is questionable to say the least. My son was missing for 3 days. we had no clue where he was, I had to do ALL the foot work to find out he was admitted. This place is taking the government money and hiding under race! For the people the counselor that he has knows nothing about him and can be rude. SHAME ON YOU ALL! Im mad!!
